How ready is your body?
Heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep, read against your personal baseline instead of a population average.
Five clear scores for recovery, sleep, strain, stress and energy, measured against your own baseline, plus an optional AI summary and answers to your own questions. Every score tells you why it moved, and your health data never leaves your phone.
Less dashboard staring.
More useful takeaways.
Above your usual range. Sleep carried it.
Illustrative concept · Sample data, not a live health reading
Most apps give you one mystery number. Bodhara gives you five, each compared with your own normal, each with the reason behind it.
Heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep, read against your personal baseline instead of a population average.
Duration, consistency and the stages your device records, summarised without the sleep-tracker theatre.
Daily load from your heart rate and activity, with a target for the day that adapts to how recovered you are.
Heart rate and HRV in still, non-workout moments, read against your usual and shown as a pattern to notice, never a verdict.
Recovery, sleep, strain and stress combined into one practical read of how much you have left for planning your day.
Each score shows how much data stands behind it (tier A, B or C). If your device does not record something, Bodhara says so. It never quietly fills the gap with a guess.
Your wearable can show what happened. The interesting part is the pattern, the context and the small change behind it.
Bodhara reads what your wearable's app writes to Android Health Connect. You choose what to share, and every metric shows where it came from.
Your sources, your callSee one-off days separated from real trends, with plain-language reasons, not just a line going up or down.
Context over noiseGet a daily briefing, a weekly recap and personal experiments that test what actually helps you, without turning every metric into a verdict.
Progress, not pressureBodhara is a whole health companion for people who wear a tracker and want it to matter. Not every metric exists on every device, and the app makes coverage clear instead of guessing.
Look for repeatable routines, not perfect nights.
Bodhara uses AI where it helps you understand your numbers, and keeps it optional, grounded and checked. You always know what is AI, what is calculated on your phone, and what is still on the way.
Tap “Write an AI summary” on your briefing and get a short, plain-language read of what changed and why. It is written only when you ask, only if you turned AI on.
Ask questions about your own data and get answers that point to the records they are based on. It runs on your phone with no AI model and no network call.
A flexible week of sessions built from your recovery and workout history. The same inputs always give the same week, so you can see exactly why a day is easy or hard.
We are building an AI coach for follow-up questions, meal logging from a photo, a deeper weekly AI review and adaptive plans. They will be metered by a monthly credit allowance and held to the same rules. Not built yet.
Built on the same Health Connect data and the same rule: show where it came from, show why it moved, and never count missing data as zero.
Your five scores, your daily briefing and a proactive insight, in a layout you can choose.
Baseline-aware charts and the associations in your own data, such as what tends to precede a good night.
Test an earlier bedtime or a caffeine cut-off and see the result in your own numbers.
Training load, heart-rate zones, a strength log, and Fitness Age and Bodhara Age when there is enough data behind them.
Log how you felt. It stays on your phone and can inform your insights only if you allow it.
A clear look back at your last full week, with a privacy-safe card you can share.
Optional logging that sits beside your sleep and recovery, so context lives in one place.
A full catalogue of what Bodhara can measure, what your device adds and where every value came from.
Optional badges, weekly challenges and invites. Share a small count, never a measurement, and hide your position if you like.
Pro adds longer history, deeper reports, the training planner, higher Ask depth and AI summaries. The measurements, sources, export, deletion and every privacy control stay free. See plans
Health records, journal entries and experiments live in the app's private storage. Bodhara's server holds only your account profile, preferences and consent record, and it has no way to receive a health record. Read exactly what is stored in the privacy policy.
How deletion worksHealth records never uploaded
Export and deletion always free
No diagnosis or miracle claims
Pro never locks your own data. Measurements, sources, export, deletion and every privacy control stay free. Early users get a cheaper founding price than anyone who joins later.
Founding price for early users and initial subscribers only. It is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. Everyone else pays the regular price, $5.99 per month, from launch.
Reserving takes no payment. It puts you first in line for the founding price, and we will email you before anything is charged. Planned prices, shown before launch; the store shows the final price at checkout.

On your phone. Health records, journal entries and experiments stay in the app's private storage. Bodhara's server holds only your account profile, preferences and consent record, never health records.
Bodhara starts with Android Health Connect, so it can use data that your wearable's app writes there. What is available depends on your device, its app, your permissions and the metric. Direct connections to other providers are planned, and none is live.
No. Bodhara gives general wellness information and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease, and it is no substitute for professional advice.
No. Core measurements, your sources, privacy controls, export and deletion are always free. Pro is an optional upgrade that adds depth, such as longer history, deeper reports and a training planner. Pro has a 14-day trial, and early users get a founding price that is lower than the regular price.
Only where you choose. Ask Bodhara and the training planner run on your phone with no AI model. An optional AI summary is written only when you turn AI on and ask for it, from calculated facts only. It never receives your name, email, journal text or raw records, and answers that are not grounded in your data are rejected.
