Bodhara is in development and is not on Google Play yet. This describes how the app is designed and how this website works today. We will update it, and the date above, before public release.

These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer trading as Tidemark Labs (“we”, “us”), publisher of Bodhara. By using the app or this website you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
1. General wellness only
Bodhara provides general wellness information, scores and visualisations. It is not medical advice, not a medical device and not a diagnostic or treatment service. Scores and estimates depend on your device’s sensors and are approximate. Do not delay or change medical care because of the app. In an emergency contact your local emergency number.
2. Your account and device
You are responsible for your device and sign-in, and for giving accurate account information. Email accounts must be verified before the server accepts them. Tell us promptly if you think your account was compromised. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
3. Early access and availability
Bodhara is in development. Features, names and plans described on this site can change before launch, and joining the early-access list does not guarantee a place or a feature. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service.
4. Pro, trial and billing
Core measurements, your sources, export, deletion and privacy controls are free. Pro is an optional paid plan adding depth, such as longer history, deeper reports and a training planner. Each account can have one 14-day Pro trial, decided by our server. Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, they will be bought through Google Play, renew until cancelled, show the store price before you subscribe, and be managed and refunded under Google Play’s rules. Reserving Pro on this site is not a purchase and takes no payment.
5. Founding price
We plan to offer Pro at a founding price (shown in the pricing section) to early users and initial subscribers, and at a higher regular price to everyone else. If you subscribe to Pro at the founding price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays continuously active, apart from taxes and currency effects. If you cancel or let it lapse, a new subscription is at the price then offered. The founding offer ends for new subscribers when we announce it, giving at least 30 days’ notice. Prices on this site are planned prices and the store price at checkout is final.
6. AI features
AI summaries are optional, limited by a monthly credit allowance and generated from calculated facts. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are information, not advice, and never a diagnosis.
7. Community
If you join a board, use a name that is not misleading, offensive or someone else’s, share only your own counts, and do not harass others or try to game rankings or invite rewards. We may remove names, counts or invite codes that break these rules.
8. Connected services and third-party data
Health Connect, source apps and any provider you connect have their own terms and privacy notices, and you must comply with them. Availability of a provider or data type is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for third-party data or services. You can disconnect a provider at any time.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account or data, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what law allows, or use Bodhara unlawfully.
10. Intellectual property
Bodhara, its logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your own data. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app under these terms. Other products named on this site belong to their owners and are not affiliated with Bodhara.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions you make from the app’s information. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Bodhara is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Bodhara and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it in Google Play. I may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, for security reasons, or if the law requires. Sections that by their nature should survive ending (including disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) do.
13. Emergencies and health decisions
Bodhara cannot detect or respond to emergencies and must not be relied on for urgent or critical decisions. Wearable data can be missing, delayed or wrong. If you feel unwell or think you may have a medical problem, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.
14. Your content and feedback
Journal entries and other things you log belong to you and stay on your device. If you send me feedback or ideas, you allow me to use them freely to improve Bodhara without owing you anything.
15. Third-party platforms
You also agree to the terms of the platforms you use with Bodhara, including Google Play, Google Health Connect and Firebase, and of any provider you connect. If those terms conflict with these, those platforms’ terms control for their own services.
16. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover reasonable losses I suffer from a claim by someone else that arises from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of Bodhara. This does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a complaint, please email sj@passthebot.dev first and give me 30 days to try to resolve it. If it is not resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing here removes the mandatory consumer protections or court rights you have in the country where you live.
18. Other terms
- Whole agreement: these terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about Bodhara.
- If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver: not enforcing a term is not giving it up.
- Assignment: I may transfer my rights and duties to a successor to the business, with the same protections for your data. You may not transfer yours without my consent.
- Events beyond my control (for example outages of providers, networks or app stores) do not make me liable for failing to perform.
- Export and sanctions: do not use Bodhara where doing so would break applicable export or sanctions laws.
- Notices: I may notify you by email, in the app or on this site, and you can reach me at the address below.
19. Changes and contact
I may update these terms and will post the new effective date here, and for material changes tell you in the app. Continuing to use Bodhara after a change means you accept it. Questions: sj@passthebot.dev.
