Tidemark Labs › Website privacy policy

Website privacy policy.

What this site does and does not collect. Our apps have their own policies.

Effective 27 October 2026

This policy covers this website only. Each Tidemark Labs app has its own privacy policy that governs the app: Bodhara and PassTheBot (at passthebot.dev). See all apps and policies.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by an independent developer trading as Tidemark Labs (“we”, “us”). Contact: sj@passthebot.dev.

2. What this website collects

  • Nothing by default from you. The site has no accounts, no forms that store data, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies and no third-party fonts or scripts.
  • Technical request data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser details, requested page and time to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you or build profiles.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us we keep your message and address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

The Bodhara pages at /bodhara/ include an optional early-access list. That is covered by the Bodhara privacy policy, not this one.

3. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process technical data under legitimate interests (running and securing the site) and emails you send us under legitimate interests (responding to you) or to take steps you ask for.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers that host and secure the site (currently Cloudflare), or where the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own policy. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. International transfers

Cloudflare operates globally, so request data may be processed in several countries. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Email sj@passthebot.dev and we aim to reply within 30 days.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as passthebot.dev. They have their own privacy practices.

10. Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
